In order to achieve this goal, this study analyzes the current production situations, identifies the problems and wastes of the whole production line, selects the main tasks to tackle, and finds an effective solution. In particular, this paper tries to obtain an efficient production system for maximum outputs by looking for the reasons and solutions of the bottleneck operation. A solution derived by considering realistic factors and costs was applied to one of the production lines and showed that it was very effective.
